How It Works
I take care of the entire design and planning process to make sure your catio is tailored to your space and your cats' needs. While I work closely with a trusted team of builders, I’m your main point of contact every step of the way. I’ll manage all the details so you can relax and enjoy the results!

I’ll start by asking you a few questions about your cats and your vision for their new space!

I’ll visit your home for a consultation to take photos and measurements, answer any questions, and provide a general timeline for the design and build process.

I’ll create design sketches and work with my trusted builder to price out the build for your review. You’ll have a chance to make any changes before we move ahead.

After you’re happy with the design and estimate, I’ll send over the official proposal and request a 50% down payment, typically due two weeks before the build begins.

I’ll bring your vision to life with a 3D model so you can see all the details and make any final tweaks before we move forward!

My builder and I will gather everything we need and start building. Most of the work will happen onsite, though some pieces may be pre-made, depending on the design.

The build usually takes anywhere from two days to a couple of weeks, depending on the size. I’ll check in occasionally onsite to keep everything going smoothly!

Once your catio is finished, I’ll collect the final payment. Later, when your cats are comfortable and enjoying their new catio, I’ll come back to take photos and videos of them relaxing in their new space!

Our catios are designed to be permanent fixtures. They will usually be attached to the house or ground to ensure the kitties’ safety.

Since these are custom catios, we can get creative with placement options. Schedule a catio consultation, and we can come up with a solution together.
Side note: The HOA is likely the biggest hurdle if you want a catio. Talk with your HOA before investing!

We work hard to ensure your catio looks aesthetically pleasing and complements your home. Our 3D design will also allow you to get a better visual of how the catio will look with your home.

Our catios are built with high-quality materials for the outdoors, so they last for many years.

There's not much maintenance needed after your catio is built. However, we do recommend you regularly inspect for any signs of wear, tear, or damage and clean as needed. Give us a call, and we can provide repairs!

Absolutely! In fact, a catio actually offers more space for your cats to play, lounge, and explore. We can incorporate that into the design and make sure we have enough shelves, perches, etc. to meet all of their needs.

You know your cat better than anyone. Observe their behavior. If cats show curiosity about the outdoors then they likely will appreciate a catio. Others might need more time adjusting but can soon find it to be their new safe space.
Investment
Our custom catios generally start at about $4,000, with the final cost depending on the size, design, and features you choose. Some projects may range from $7,500 to $10,000 or more.
